GNS is an Intranet Platform aimed at improving open, candid government - investor (and investor-investor) collaboration on eliminating investment impediments, and creating possible remedies and opportunities. The objective is to improve country and regional business environments and mobilize the private sector, benefiting both investors and the country or region overall. This service has been launched in support of the United Nations Monterrey Consensus, signed by all UN member countries, in recognition of the critical need to mobilize the private sector, domestic and international, in developing countries and regions.
